History: Our Organic Blackseed Oil is native to the Mediterranean region and is sourced directly from Morocco. Also known as black caraway, black cumin, black onion seed, and Kalonji, these tiny black colored seeds are obtained from the fruits of a flowering shrub, Nigella sativa. The earliest use of this oil traces back to the Assyrians in ancient Egypt. The Assyrians called it ‘tin tir’ and used it to cure stomach problems and nourish their skin. “Panacea” (cure to disease) is the term they used to describe this Miraculous multi-purpose oil. When Castor plant was discovered, it was considered an unwanted weed, however, Edgar Casey – father of holistic medicine taught the public about the healing properties of these beans and castor oil became the “Hand of Christ” or “Palma Christi” According to an ancient Egyptian medical text from 1500 b.c. ‘Eber Papyrus’ Egyptian doctors used castor oil to protect eyes from irritation.

History: Our Organic Matcha Green Tea Extract is sourced from Japan. Matcha literally means powdered tea. Matcha Tea was a staple ingredient of the traditional Japanese Tea Ceremonies, also known as 'Chanoyu' or 'Sado’ or ‘Ocha’- which became the cornerstone of Japanese Culture as early as the 12th Century. In ‘Sado’ the Japanese practice the philosophy of attaining perfect harmony, respect, purity, and tranquillity by completely diving into the course of making a Bowl of Tea. Since Matcha tea has been linked to harmony very early in history, we decided to include it in our formulation too! Japan was introduced to Matcha tea by a Japanese Buddhist Monk- Eisai.
