Shipping & Delivery
Even though we are a website, and we function 24x7, recipient business hours are from 09.00 to 19.00 hours Monday to Saturday. All orders will be prepared and dispatched within 2 working days of placement of order with our preferred carriers. Even though delivery time is stipulated and not in our ultimate control, we expect the customer to receive the ordered product within 3-5 working days of dispatch.

Free shipping is available from orders above INR 1500.

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. In case of any delay or delivery concerns, feel free
to reach out to us at info@myravedaluxury.com! We urge you to answer calls from our courier and
shipping partners. Unanswered calls often lead to delayed deliveries and we’d hate for you to get
our goodies late!

You can track your order via the tracking ID provided to you in your order receipt (received via

At Myra Veda, we really strive to do our best but sometimes, mistakes do happen. If you’ve received
the wrong products, we’re extremely sorry. Just click a photo of the products and drop us a mail at
info@myravedaluxury.com with your order number. We will get the products collected and ship the
desired products ASAP, all free of charge!
I received a damaged item, what do I do?
If you’ve received a damaged item, we’re very sorry about that! Please click a photo of the order and
drop us a mail at info@myravedaluxury.com with your order number clearly mentioned. We will get
it collected and send you a replacement, free of charge!
I did not like what I received, what do I do?
If you didn’t like what you received or liked it a little too much, do drop us a mail and let us know. At
Myra Veda, we take feedback very seriously. Any complaints, feedback and suggestions are most
welcome!
I want to cancel my order. What do I do?
If we didn’t meet your expectations, we’d love to hear from you at info@myravedaluxury.com to see
how we can do better. If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it via the Myra Veda
website itself.
I have returned, cancelled, or received a damaged item, when will I get my refund?
It takes 10 business days for a refund to process completely.
